What Sets Us Apart
Expert Programming - Most class gyms can give you a great workout. You may see some short term results, but once your body adapts you stop progressing. The problem is they’re not actually following a progressive program. At Helix you will get a great workout AND we will give you a comprehensive plan! We’ll help you continually build skills, strength, and fitness so that you will keep seeing results week after week, year after year.
Small Classes - We want everyone to get the attention they deserve in class. We keep our classes small enough for our coaches to give you the help and motivation you need to improve your technique and get the most out of the workout. We don’t want you to be just another number in a sea of people.
